I'm Stacey Davis, founder of Davis Staging & Design. With a degree in Interior Design and a background in visual merchandising, I bring a strong foundation in both aesthetics and strategy to every project. Since launching my business in 2005, I’ve helped hundreds of homeowners and Realtors across the Denver metro area present properties at their absolute best.

I’m a RESA-Pro®, a designation that reflects the highest standards in the home staging industry, and I’ve been a proud member of the Real Estate Staging Association since 2010—serving on the local board to support the growth and professionalism of our field. I’m also certified through Home Staging Resource and recognized as a DORA-approved instructor, offering Continuing Education (CE) classes to help real estate professionals better understand the value and impact of home staging.

At Davis Staging & Design, we combine market insight, curated furnishings, and thoughtful styling to create spaces that resonate with buyers. Whether we're staging a vacant property or blending in with existing furnishings, our goal is always the same: to help your listing stand out, sell faster, and maximize its value.

When I’m not transforming homes, you can find me unwinding at our cabin in Jasper, Colorado—a peaceful retreat that keeps my creativity fueled and my perspective grounded.
